When I say it’s been a big year for me, it’s a little bit of an understatement. I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately, as we all tend to do when one year wraps up and another is about to begin. Really, I’ve gone through as many big changes this year as is possible. Well, maybe not quite–I’m sure there could be some bigger changes if I were to brainstorm the possibilities, but let’s tally. This year, I:
Moved across the country from NYC to Seattle, got a car after 5 years of being a car-less New Yorker (and a Costco membership immediately after), bought my first house with my husband, AND am now growing a baby boy in my belly (he’s due to come out and play in April 2013)! It’s been a crazy and amazing year. And it’s only going to get crazier, from what I hear 😉
Moving my business from coast to coast has been a challenging experience, and it’s made me completely examine who I am as a business owner and as an artist. For that, I am truly grateful–we can all use a little introspection once in awhile. Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients from this past year. It’s the relationships that I form with you that makes me love what I do so very much. I’m a lucky, lucky lady!
Here are a few of my favorite images from 2012, in no particular order. Enjoy, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
